We are inspired by our family history and our taste for the world beyond our kitchen. Three Bites is more than just a stop for a small bite— we're a neighbor and a partner, committed to making affordable treats and sharing joy with our community.

We inherited the passion, but we've honed the skills.

Three Bites Bakery was founded by me, Isabella Bonello. I am a professional baker who has worked in bakeshops across Columbus before opening my shop in 2019. I am at home in the kitchen because that's where I was raised.

At Three Bites, we know we can't say "we make it just like grandma did", because that wouldn't be accurate. The truth is, we marry family techniques with a curiosity to test the boundary. We inherited our passion for sharing joy and delight with a baking approach that's proven, practiced, and allows us to create unforgettable sweet and savory bites.
